Document automation is an important factor for literature creation in today’s complex world. but what is document automation? It is a complex subject, but primarily it relates to the automated organization, formatting and distribution of documents. It also includes the objective and legal selection of document building blocks. As a specific example, document automation lets artificial intelligence automatically create links in a post without the need to go through the manual process of creating a link for text, like a company name, a time consuming process. Drilling down, this would mean that software would locate a company mentioned in the text and automatically create a link to it without the manual linking process.
In many other ways document automation is about writer and creation efficiency. For example, how long does it take to find reference documents, and categorize these reference documents in a logical structure that promotes enhanced learning and the quick structuring of thought so as to produce better, innovative and more interesting documents.
Having a search box on every page of your web site helps in this endeavor. Although today’s web site search boxes are limited, for example they don’t limit searches to specific web domains nor do they allow for multiple term and logical searching, they still provide a way to locate words that are within thousands of web site pages without going through each page visually. Search boxes, once they produce the results of the search, don’t have great logical sorting capability. For example, you can’t sort the results by title, or by the post’s classification category, or, if you want to get complex, by cross-referenced keyword fields. The overriding question is, how can I sort a collection of found blog posts into a structured report with an associated cross-reference? More simply, how can I sort of collection found blogs by descending data or ascending date. This can be important when one creates a sequenc of tutorials, do you want tutorial 20 to be at the top of the list or tutorial one to be at the top of the list. There is a lot to do here. But the task mainly falls onto the writer. Categories are key here. Categories must be sortable into logical subcategories so that logical and structured documents can be quickly created. For the most part, the StatistcsMatrix addresses this problem through a very structured key category system.
